We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Please understand that failure to do so will incur a 50% loss on individual treatments or of a Gift Card total. This allows us to continue running our business for you at the highest level of service.
To coordinate Group Bookings please contact our reception. Our clinic is pleased to host you and your guests for ‘spa style’ special events and offers a diverse range of skin and body treatments. We’ll also organise catering, gourmet platters and/or champagne for your visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll ask you to fill out some first-visit forms. Your health information is important to us so we can make accurate recommendations of treatments or when prescribing products. Please answer thoroughly and notify your consultant if you have any allergies, high or low blood pressure, physical disabilities, are taking any medication, or if you are pregnant or generally feeling unwell.
Services in excess of 1 hour duration require a deposit be paid at time of booking.
Your Gift Card can be issued in any denomination or for any designated service at Skincentral. Please note that Gift Cards expire 6 months from date of issue. No responsibility is taken for loss or stolen Gift Cards.
Please respect the other clients around you. We ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone to maintain Skincentral Clinic as a place of relaxation and rejuvenation.
